HSA junior soaper training course

[What is Junior Soper Qualification]
These are qualified individuals who have acquired the basic knowledge and manufacturing methods of handmade soap, as well as the skills to teach others. In particular, they are required to practice and provide guidance on the correct handling of dangerous materials such as caustic soda and compliance with laws and regulations such as the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law (formerly known as the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law).
After obtaining the qualification, you will be able to identify yourself as a Junior Soaper certified by the Handmade Association of Japan (HSA) on your business cards, and you will also be able to take the Home Soaper Certification Course.

[How to become a junior soaper]
You will complete a 24-hour or more curriculum using a special kit in a classroom with HSA Certified Senior Sooper or higher qualifications.
Once you have completed all the curriculum and it is confirmed that you have reached the specified level, you will receive a letter of recommendation from your instructor and apply for the Junior Soper Certification Course sponsored by HSA. You will be certified as a Junior Soper by attending a certification course and submitting the required documents. Anyone can take the Junior Soper course, but you must be at least 18 years old and an HSA member to qualify. (It is OK to join HSA by the end of the course)

Basic 1: What is soap? How it works, oil and water, the environment and soap.
Basic 2: Be sure to check before making, handling caustic soda, making plastic bottles
Practice: Make soap with a plastic bottle
Basic 3: Soap manufacturing method, making soap using a ball
        Practical: Making olive oil soap with essential oils
Basic 4: Assemble your own prescriptions for oils, fats, and fatty acids
Practice: Make soap in the original recipe
Basic 5: Enjoying essential oils, options, scents and colors
Practice: Make soap using optional design
Basic 6: How to store soap produced, Q&A, related laws and regulations, exchange meetings
Practice: Create an original recipe for graduation production
Star course: Lessons based on materials
Star course: Lessons with a technical theme
Star Course: Science-themed lessons
Star course: Lessons on the theme of cosmetics
Home practice: Make soap using the 4 types of oil mixes included in the kit and submit it to the instructor.
