◎JMAA Cp Cosmetics Survey 2025.10

"CP Cosmetics" was introduced as a new JMAA item in August 2021.
Over the past three years, we've added a variety of recipes for these items.

We've created a survey to ask for your cooperation in the future development of CP Cosmetics, both from our members and those unfamiliar with the topic.

On page 1, we'd like you to write about the 18 items we've announced so far, and then proceed to page 2 and beyond to rate them on a five-point scale and provide honest comments about your thoughts.

Even if you've never made cosmetics or taken a class before, we welcome any comments you might have, such as, "I wish I could make cosmetics like this," or "What do you look for in handmade cosmetics compared to commercially available products?"
We'd love to hear your thoughts on the final page.

Open the attached PDF file, fill in the details directly on your phone or computer using the pencil marks, save the file, and return it to us. This survey eliminates the need to print.

You can also fill out the questionnaire on paper, or attach a photo to an email.

Anonymous responses are also welcome, but we are considering offering special benefits to those who provide their name and prefecture of residence.
