Cancellation and lesson policy
◎The personal information we receive will not be used for any purpose other than contacting us from outside of our salon Brillante.
◎If you are bringing children, please contact us in advance as there may be conflicts with other students.
◎Please be careful when storing valuables. In the unlikely event of theft or damage, we will not be responsible for any damages.
◎At our salon, we use highly concentrated essential oils. Some essential oils may be irritating if touched directly, so please be careful if you are bringing children with you. Please note that our salon is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur during lessons.
◎We do not allow the sale of goods, solicitation or sales of religion, etc. at our salon. If such behavior occurs, we may refuse future lessons.
◎If you are unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us at 07medicalaromano.brillante14@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will adjust the schedule again.
◎Please note that lesson fees paid cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
◎Due to unforeseen circumstances (such as a child's unwellness), we may ask you to change the lesson at short notice.
