〇 Today's world is shifting to a new lifestyle for long-term self-restraint and coexistence with the new coronavirus. What should we do now to deal with the stress that we have unknowingly accumulated in the last few months?
〇 What is a lifestyle that will not stress you with a new style of lifestyle that will last for a long time? And what is stress care that can be done at home?
〇 Question time is from 15:15 to 15:30.
