【cancellation policy】
☆ All cancellations after the reservation is confirmed (paid) will be refunded after deducting the text fee.
Please note that no refund will be given in case of cancellation without contact.
☆ If the venue is a rental space, we will charge the rental fee as well.
However, if you change the schedule, it is free only once (rental fee required). In this case, please make a reservation within 3 months. Please note that if you do not contact us for your reservation within 3 months, we will only charge you for the textbook.
☆ In the case of a reservation experience session
Cancellations after the reservation is completed (transfer completed) are non-refundable.
☆ For locally paid courses
For cancellations on the day before or on the day, the full amount of the tuition fee will be transferred to the designated account.

If the lecturer cancels the course due to the instructor's convenience, in principle, we will contact you by email or phone at least 7 days before the seminar, unless it is unavoidable such as a sudden illness of the instructor. The tuition fee will be refunded in full.
