Cherry wood, when freshly milled, has a pale pink heartwood, but it is characterized by discoloration due to the effects of ultraviolet rays over time. Ultimately, it becomes a deep reddish-brown color reminiscent of amber, and this dramatic change allows you to experience the unique characteristic of solid wood: "it gains character the more you use it." The wood surface has a dense and smooth texture, and a beautiful luster can be achieved simply by polishing. Shrinkage occurs during the growth process and due to changes in climate.
