If you cancel after applying for unavoidable reasons, please be sure to contact the following.
* Please note that no refund will be given in case of cancellation without contact.

[Cancellation fee]
・ All cancellations after the reservation is confirmed (paid) will be refunded after deducting the transfer fee.
・ Please note that if you cancel without changing the schedule after ordering the textbook, you will only be charged for the textbook and material costs.
・ If the venue is a rental space, you will also be required to pay the cancellation fee for the rental fee.
* If the schedule is changed, it is free only once (pay if there is a cancellation fee for the rental space)
Please make a reservation within 3 months for the desired change date.
(Note) Please note that if you do not contact us for your reservation within 3 months, we will only charge you for the textbook and material costs.

・ 4000 yen up to 1 week ago
・ 50% of the course fee from 6 to 2 days before
・ 100% on the day before and on the day

◆ In the case of JMAA certified therapist training course
・ 3500 yen up to 1 week ago
・ 50% of the course fee from 6 to 2 days before

◆ One-off lectures / workshops

・ Free up to 1 week in advance (the amount after deducting the transfer fee will be refunded)
・ From 6th to the day 100% (No refunds will be given)

If you decide to cancel the course due to the instructor's convenience, we will contact you by email or phone at least 3 days before the seminar (unless it is unavoidable due to the instructor's sudden illness). In that case, the tuition fee will be refunded in full.
