If you can not confirm the transfer within one week after applying, we will treat it as cancellation.

[About cancellation fee]
● JMAA certified course
・ 3,000 yen until one week before
・ 50% of course fee from 6 days to 2 days before
・ 100% from the day before to the day
● Other courses
・ Free up to one week before
・ 100% from 6 days before to the day
● In all courses
・ Cancellation after booking is refundable less transfer fee.
・ In the case of payment on the day, please transfer to the designated account.
・ If the venue is a rental space, please pay the venue fee or cancellation fee.
・ Please note that cancellations without notice will not be refunded at all.
* The schedule change will be accepted only once for free. However, if you do not contact us within three months, we will charge a text fee.
[About course cancellation]
If you cancel the course due to the teacher's circumstances, we will contact you by phone or e-mail at least three days before the seminar date unless there is an unavoidable reason. In that case, the tuition will be fully refunded.
