Text-Based Lecture
　• Components, effects, and uses of three types of lavender
　• Skin irritation
　• Representative essential oils used in medicine
　• Essential oils usable as insect repellents
　• Characteristics of medical aromatherapy
　• How to choose essential oils (component analysis table)
　• How to make items using different bases
　• Recipes for self-care commonly used at home

Practical Session
　• Making lavender cream (materials cost included in the course fee)

　• For in-person sessions, you can also make items other than lavender cream using the recipe.
　In that case, material costs will be separate. Please pay in cash or PayPay on the day.
　500 yen to 2000 yen.

For online ZOOM sessions, the above materials will be mailed to you, and a separate shipping fee will be charged.

Please make the transfer at least one week before the course date.


Cancellation: If you cancel after making a payment,

the amount will be refunded to your designated bank account, minus the bank transfer fee and venue fee.
