Would you like to be freed from carrying a fussy, warped baby for long periods of time?
**In a relaxed atmosphere, we will listen to you clearly**
~ Do you feel this way? ~
≪Mom≫
*The baby bends over and is difficult to hold
*She spends most of the day in her arms
* It is mentally painful because there is no time to relax
* He is often held in his arms and suffers from stiff shoulders, lower back pain, tendonitis, etc.
≪Baby≫
*If you hold him, he will sleep, but if you put him on the futon, he will wake up.
*Has an orientation
*head is distorted
*Lots of regurgitation
*Hard to poop
When you actually hold your baby, you may feel that your body is warped or your back is stiff.
We tend to think that a baby's body is soft, but in reality, it's often stiff.
It's hard to hold the baby because it's stiff, and the baby doesn't sleep, so you'll have to hold it for a long time, and the mother will get frustrated and tired.
In addition, it becomes difficult to hold and breastfeed even if the baby has a distorted head.
Orientation and head distortion have a negative impact on chewing and teeth alignment.
At our hospital, we use baby manipulative therapy to relieve stiffness in babies.
By loosening the stiffness, it becomes easier to hold the baby, the baby is in a good mood, and the mother's body becomes less tired.
1. Medical interview (about 10 minutes)
1) Fill out the medical questionnaire.
2) We will ask about the course of pregnancy and delivery.
3) I will ask you about your childcare problems.
4) We will monitor the holding and breastfeeding status as necessary.
2. Baby physical check (about 5 minutes)
1) Hold the baby in your arms and feel the firmness of the body and the back to check if there is a difference between the left and right sides.
2) We will tell you what you noticed, and ask the family to touch the baby's body and check it.
3) Take a photo of the baby's expression before the manipulative treatment.
3. Baby care (about 45 minutes)
1) Relax the baby's whole body. The way to loosen it is to stroke it with the entire palm without applying pressure.
Massage the back → move the legs (improve blood circulation and relieve stiffness) → adjust the pelvis → adjust the distortion of the head
2) We will explain so that even your family can take care of you.
3) You will be held in your arms and feel the difference from the feeling of being held before care.
4) We will take a photo and check the difference in facial expressions before and after care.
5) I will tell you how to hold it comfortably.
·It is important that the baby is relaxed in a position where it is easier to hold.
・When necessary, you will be asked to stretch your shoulders.
・If you can grasp the points, it is possible to prevent discomfort such as stiff shoulders and back pain in your family.
6) Create a bed that can maintain the best posture for your baby.
・In order to sleep well, it is important for the baby to put his whole body on the bed and relax.
· Babies grow in a more rounded state in the uterus than in a sitting position.
・Even babies who are born are calmer when they are rounded rather than when their backs are stretched out.
This is called a "C curve".
・Prepare a bed that can maintain the "C curve" and try to lie down.
*Because we will be using futons, towel blankets, blankets, bath towels, and other things we have at home, we will need to purchase new supplies.
There is no point.
4. Talk with family & advice (15 minutes)
1) When I'm raising a child, I feel like I have to do my best! I think that there are many cases where power enters.
I would like you to firmly spit out your daily thoughts during this time.
2) We will give you advice on how to deal with your baby, such as points for raising children.
5. We will take questions (10 minutes)
・Should I practice lying on my stomach?
·Isn't it painful to let him lie down?
·Should I always burp?
・Right or left breastfeeding is difficult and takes time.
・If poop does not come out every day, should I do a cotton swab enema every day?
We will receive many questions such as.
I am answering questions while accepting my thoughts.
We have received comments such as, "It is reassuring that you always give us a solid answer," "I am relieved because you are always kind and listen carefully to what I have to say," and "It is reassuring that Mr. Aoyama is here."
6. We will decide the next care after consultation.
*It is recommended that a family member take care of the baby.
*We recommend that you visit us every two weeks.
* It is possible to prevent orientation habits and head distortion by daily holding and laying.
We recommend that you take it as early as possible, up to about 3 months after birth.
