We have a cancellation policy, so please read it. In the event of a personal cancellation, or if a public facility is used, we will charge the rental venue fee (by bank transfer). Cancellations due to personal reasons will not be refunded. Cancellations cannot be accepted after reservations have been made. (As textbooks need to be ordered from the association)
We will accommodate you by changing the date. Please consult with us and make a reservation for a date within three months.
If a date change is unavoidable and a public facility is used, we will charge you for the rental venue fee (by bank transfer).
