[Cases where the course must be canceled due to unavoidable circumstances]
・In the event of a natural disaster (when it is judged that the impact on transportation will be large)
・In case of sudden poor physical condition or misfortune of the instructor himself or his family
・In case of sudden poor physical condition or misfortune of the student himself/herself or his/her family
・When the venue receives a request to refrain from using the venue to prevent infection with the new coronavirus.
→ If it is possible to change the schedule, the course will be held on a new date.
If it is due to personal reasons, in the case of using public facilities, we will charge the rental venue fee (by bank transfer).
If there is no prospect of a new schedule for a long period of time, such as when a state of emergency is declared, a refund will be given.
No refunds will be given for other cancellations due to personal reasons.
Sudden cancellations due to personal reasons on the day of the course cannot be accepted.
If there is an unavoidable reason, after consultation, the lecture will be held on a different day.
In that case, if you use public facilities, we will charge the rental venue fee (by bank transfer).

We will respond by changing the schedule. After consultation, please make a reservation for the course within 3 months.
