Overview of the course

This is a self-counselor instructor course that teaches basic psychology and stress care methods using practical medical aromas.

■Lesson time: 4 hours and 30 minutes (2 hours of lectures by Chairman Yoshida, other item making, exams, registration, etc. will be handled at Meguro school)
■Qualification after passing the exam: Stress self-care instructor or self-counselor instructor

■Medical aromas that can be made in the course:
Mental care: Antidepressant (tonic) gel, tranquilizer (sedative) gel, hypnotic gel
