For those attending in person

• You may enter the venue 15 minutes before the start of the lecture. Please arrive with plenty of time to spare.

• We would like to ask those born in the Heisei or Reiwa era to help out as support staff on the day of the event. Your cooperation would be greatly appreciated.

• After the festival, the recording URL and text materials will be sent via email to those who registered through the cloud (we cannot accommodate registrations made through other means).

For those participating via Zoom and watching the archived video:

• Please indicate "Participating via Zoom" or "Requesting Archive Viewing" in the remarks section.

• B.L. members who have already completed qualification courses such as QOL courses or instructor courses should transfer 2,000 yen as a participation fee.

• For general participants, item creation will be handled by the assigned instructor (1,000 yen). If the assigned instructor is unavailable, we will provide guidance at a later date at the Meguro classroom or by mailing the materials.

• If you are participating through a referral from a JMAA instructor, please write the name of the referring instructor in the remarks section.

• After your application and payment confirmation, we will send the ID and passcode to your registered email address the day before or on the day of the course.

• You are expected to be able to enter the room 5 minutes before the start of the course, but this may vary slightly depending on the situation. Please note:

• After the festival ends, you will receive an email with a recording URL and instructions on how to download the discount fax form and text.

• Purchases made using the special discount fax form for Zoom and archive participation will be eligible for free shipping on orders over 30,000 yen within the specified period.
