Outline of the course

This is a self-counselor instructor course that teaches basic psychology and stress-care methods using practical medical aroma.

■ Lesson time: 4 hours 30 minutes (General 6 hours)
■ Qualification name after passing the test: Stress self-care instructor or self-counselor instructor
■ Medical aroma that can be made in the course:
Mental care system: antidepressant (tonic) gel, stabilizer (sedative) gel, hypnotic gel
