How to Use Zoom (Quick Guide)

1. Prepare the App
   For smartphones or tablets, download and install “Zoom” from the app store.
   For computers, click the link in the invitation email, and the installation will start automatically.
2. Join via Invitation Link
   Click the Zoom “Meeting URL” sent by the host.
3. Enter Your Name
   On the displayed screen, enter your name.
4. Enable Audio
   Tap “Join with Internet Audio” or “Join Audio” on the screen.
5. Control Camera and Microphone
   Use the buttons at the bottom of the screen to turn the microphone (audio) and video (camera) on or off.
