訪問 We will visit the owner's home and take care of dogs and cats who need care.
Basically, the owner will ask you just before going out, report your situation on the day of your return, and then return.
Therefore, the time we ask for care is basically during business hours. Please use a veterinary hospital when you go out with accommodation.
世 Regarding the contents of care and care, each dog and cat will take care and care of the owner, so we will listen to detailed contents at counseling (meeting).
* As of April 2018: Only available on weekends and holidays.

From the second time on: Free
* Required for the first time. If you have been vacant for more than two months since your last care, or if your care status has changed during that time, please be sure to give another counseling (meeting).

▼ Care fee
Once 60 minutes: 3,500 yen
Every hour of extension: +1,000 yen
Maximum: 10,000 yen
* Consultation is required for large dogs (21kg ~)

▼ Overtime fee
1,000 ¥ 1,000 every 30 minutes
に Take care during business hours and only when you need to ask for care outside business hours (from 20:00 to 9:00 the following day).

▼ Transportation expenses
From base to owner's house, 40 yen per 1 km one way (free within 2 km one way)
* You will be asked for the number of meetings and the number of care days.
* Except within walking distance from Tsuru-no-Ura, we will move by light car. (As of April 1, 2018)
場合 If there is no parking space in the owner's home and you use a nearby toll parking lot, you will have to pay the actual parking fee separately.

* We accept free delivery of parcels delivered to you during the care hours.
* If your pet becomes ill during your care, ask your owner for contact / instructions (if you cannot contact you / only if you need urgent symptoms, take this to your own hospital). You.
費用 The expenses (transportation expenses, medical expenses, etc.) will be charged at a later date.
