① "Follow the one week rule"
"We will process the shipment within one week (so-called one week rule) at the latest after receiving the FAX order. However, the inventory of Suncut series etc. may be over one week because the inventory is very small.
Conversely, it may take 2 days from order to delivery, but there is no guarantee that it will be delivered in 2 days each time.
Therefore, please order with one week to spare.
② "Please check for missing items at the time of purchase"
Missing product information is posted in the "Notice from the Association" at the top right of the top page of the cloud, so be sure to check before ordering.

In particular, if you apply by fax only for the QOL registration form, please enter a word for the certificate creation request, the name of the instructor, and the new address when you change your address such as moving.

④ "Request for confirmation of purchased products and certificates"
When you receive your order, please check your order within at least 10 days.
In the unlikely event that we have to exchange or return products due to our inconvenience (especially if there is a deadline for consumption of essential oils etc.), we must promptly respond to your request.
Also, please confirm the name of the certificate.
Under the direction of our association Yoshida, we will carry out shipping business based on this "principle".
