Those who have obtained the relevant qualification in the past and have the old design certificate can use it as it is.

However, if you wish to change the old design certificate to a new design certificate, you can exchange the old design certificate for 400 yen per sheet.
In such a case, please make sure that the instructor in charge summarizes the number and amount of the certificates in the application form and mail it to the Association.
In addition, the certificate of your order will be included when ordering the instructor who has mailed you. (Will be added to the cash on delivery amount)

If you wish to change from an old certificate to a new certificate
① Qualified person gives his certificate and price (400 yen per one) to the instructor
② The lecturer will give you the certificates and applications you have received and mail them to the Association Headquarters. (Please include it when sending a test etc.)
③ Confirm the certificate and application form that came to the secretariat via the Association Headquarters, and issue a new design certificate. (The old design certificate will be destroyed by the secretariat)
担当 The instructor in charge of ② places an order for base materials and teaching materials.
と 共 に Send the certificate together with the ordered item to 講. (※ A certificate fee of 400 yen is added separately from the product price and sent.)
新 し い A new design certificate arrives with the ordered product under the instructor.
手 The instructor hands over to each qualified person.

Please note that it may take some time for the instructor to collect and apply to the association or to ship with the ordered items.
Also, please note that we will not mail directly to each qualified person.

If you have a qualification but have lost your certificate
Be sure to specify your qualification name and name, and give the instructor the loss of the certificate and a reissue fee of 2,000 yen to the instructor.
The instructor should make sure that he / she is the student in charge of his / her own, that the qualification name is correct, and that the student's name is correct, and mail it to the Association Headquarters together with the application form.
