Specified Commercial Transactions Act: Documents relating to specific ongoing service transactions (contract documents)

Cooling-off period

1. For courses with a course period of more than 2 months and a total contract amount of more than 50,000 yen, you may unconditionally cancel the contract in writing within 8 days from the date of the contract.

2. The cooling-off period takes effect from the time the written cancellation of the contract is sent.

3. In this case, the applicant does not need to pay damages or penalties, and the school will cover the costs of collecting the product and returning the rights.

4. Even if you have already taken the course or used the facilities, you are not obligated to pay any fees based on the contract.

Amounts paid will be refunded promptly.

Cancellation midway

After the cooling-off period has elapsed, you may cancel midway.
The contract will end on the day the student requests cancellation.

If cancellation occurs before the course has started, a cancellation fee of 10,000 yen will be charged.

If cancellation occurs after the course has started, in addition to the course fees for the course already taken,

a cancellation fee of 20% of the remaining course fees (maximum of 50,000 yen) will be charged.

The calculation method for cancellation after the course has started is as follows:

Conversion amount = contract amount - "number of courses taken x course fee" - cancellation fee

Course fee = course fee out of contract amount ÷ specified number of courses

If there are related products, these can also be canceled.

Cancellation is not possible after the service provision period has expired.
