This is a paid course. Registration is at the opening school. ZOOM "QOL course" hosted by certified school. Chairperson lecture. Only applicants from the hosting school will be registered.

New participants: 22,000 yen, including materials

Re-enrollment: 2,500 yen, no making

If the hosting school has not paid the association the day before,

your application will be cancelled.

The ZOOM ID will be emailed to you in the morning.

The URL of the video will be emailed to everyone later.

If you cannot attend on the day, please contact the hosting school at a later date to make your certificate.

Once you have finished making your certificate,

the hosting school will complete the course completion procedure,

and the school instructor will submit the certificate to the association.

The certificate will arrive at the hosting school within one month.

You can purchase the exercise price from the end of the course,

with temporary membership number B000. You can purchase it by fax.

After the course is over, if you register as a cloud instructor with B-000,
you will receive an official instructor number in about one month.

Please ask the instructor for their instructor membership number, JMAAL.

Finally, the representative instructor of the hosting school should send the participant list to the association by the evening of July 12th, the day before.
