Our association has provided various services to our members free of charge. As part of this service, we have provided the JMAA Cloud System to our instructor members free of charge since its launch, without charging any cloud usage fees.

As you know, the recent economic situation, including rising prices and labor costs, as well as the diversification of services and the complexity of IT-related services, have had a major impact on all aspects.
For the reasons mentioned above, our association has also been greatly affected by the environment in which we operate, manage, and maintain our services, and the situation surrounding us is becoming increasingly severe.
For this reason, our association has taken measures such as reviewing our production system and streamlining our operations, but we are unable to keep up with the situation in which prices are rising at an abnormally fast pace.
We are very sorry to say this, but we would like to collect a "digital management fee" of 2,500 yen per year, including tax, as a fee for using services such as cloud operations.
We ask for your kind understanding and cooperation in light of the circumstances.

[Note]
General users do not need to pay the digital management fee.
For instructors who register after April 1, 2025, the management fee will be free for the first year.
*However, regardless of the month of registration, renewal for the following year will be in April every year.
(For example, if you register as an instructor on May 1, 2025, the free period will be until March 31, 2026, and management fees will be incurred from April 2026.)

*Registration after April 15 will incur an administrative fee of 1,000 yen, for a total of 3,500 yen.

[Response in the event of non-payment]
If payment of the management fee cannot be confirmed, your qualification will be "suspended" until March 31, 2026, and you will not be able to use the cloud system or purchase base materials.

If you contact us during the suspension period, you can resume your qualification by paying 3,500 yen.

However, if the suspension of your qualification exceeds one year, your qualification will be invalidated and all your instructor registration information will be deleted.
