Proposing medical aroma to nursing homes

Based on my 27 years of experience in medical and nursing care, I believe that working conditions and salaries are factors that can cause nursing care abuse, but psychological factors are also a major factor. I believe that mental follow-up of caregivers will be more important than ever in the future.
In May of this year, I had the opportunity to interview a reporter from the Elderly Housing Newspaper.
Due to the influence of corona, it is sometimes difficult to introduce medical aroma to facilities, but I would like to use this article as an opportunity to further promote aroma proposals for nursing care.
