• Counseling
• Body care with medical aroma gel
Using aroma gel changes the effect of exercise.
This is not a massage. Apply aroma gel to wrists, ankles, calves, shoulders, and lower back.
Online participants will need to prepare in advance (creation instructions will be provided separately).
• Stretch-focused exercises
• Care with medical aroma gel as needed

*This is not strenuous exercise that will make you sweat.

[Available Menus]

• Pelvic lymphatic exercises (Body Potential Method)
• Lymphatic yoga (with muscle adjustments; the instructor will loosen the muscles)
• Lymphatic stretching exercises (Potential Stretch)
• Muscle conditioning (muscle adjustment, light muscle training)
*Combination with lymphatic hand support osteopathy is also possible (in-person only).

• We will create an exercise menu to suit your needs.
