13 years experience in medical aromatherapy
Since my 20s, I have had doubts about the ingredients used in medicines and commercially available cosmetics, and am practicing a lifestyle where I reduce them as much as possible!
In my mid-30s, I came across the Japan Medical Aromatherapy Association and learned about aromatherapy as a "treatment" for the purpose of health management, taking responsibility for the recipes issued by the association, as opposed to general aromas that are used at your own risk, and am currently active as a certified specialist in Okayama Prefecture, mainly in Shin-Kurashiki.
Some courses can be taken via Zoom.
