14 years of experience in medical aromatherapy
Since my 20s, I have questioned the ingredients used in medicines and commercially available cosmetics, and I practice a lifestyle that minimizes their use!
In my mid-30s, I encountered the Japan Medical Aromatherapy Association. Unlike general aromatherapy where you use scents at your own risk, I learned aromatherapy as a "treatment method" aimed at health management, where I take responsibility for the recipes provided by the association. Currently, I work as a certified specialist mainly in Shin-Kurashiki, Okayama Prefecture.
