14 years of experience in medical aromatherapy
Since my 20s, I've been skeptical of the ingredients used in medicines and over-the-counter cosmetics, and have been practicing reducing their use as much as possible!
In my mid-30s, I discovered the Japan Medical Aromatherapy Association and learned about aromatherapy as a "therapy" aimed at health management, whereby individuals are responsible for the recipes provided by the association, as opposed to typical aromatherapy, which is used at their own risk. I currently work as a certified specialist in Okayama Prefecture, mainly in Shin-Kurashiki.
