I work in two associations.


The Japan Medical Aromatherapy Association (JMAA) and the Japan Mindwork® Association.


Each has its own rules.


I think that there are rules and rules that every association must follow.


Because if you are doing whatever you want and doing something different from the association's policy, if you are telling something different from what the association wants to say ...

What about as an association member?

How about as an office worker?

Can employees who violate rules and regulations work while communicating with people around them?



You write about the rules of JMAA.

If you don't know the rules, it's a yellow card.
Please have your teacher teach you properly.


A red card if you know the rules.
At JMAA, those who receive warnings but do not correct may be advised to withdraw.


JMAA aims to increase the number of people who provide self-care in each home by sharing the study of “self-care with aroma”.

I will say it again.

We tell about learning.

It is not a sales concept.




①We cannot sell the base material which has patent at JMAA.


② You cannot sell your items online.
It is against the law.
When you sell something that touches human skin, you need to get cosmetic approval.

You have to avoid being confused.
For example, I don't want to be confused with English style on SNS.


If you are in a network business, it is not in line with JMAA's thinking.
JMAA is an altruistic mindset.
Let's change altruistically from selfish thinking.

However, people who do network business sometimes do it without knowing what they are doing.

Network business, in other words, mouse lectures or MLM.

Working under the name of an association is the same as promising to adhere to the association's rules.

So, if you don't know, just ask your teacher.

If you do not know the teacher, the teacher should check with the association.

"I don't know" is not a shame.

It means that you are seriously facing the person in front of you.
