Summer Stroll
The rainy season is over and summer has truly arrived.
It's really hot!
The asphalt gets hot during the day, so it's dangerous.
You could get burned!!
So we wait until the temperature drops...
We usually go out after 7 PM.
But when it cools down, the mosquitoes start to appear!!
Dogs, with their higher body temperature and closer proximity to the ground, are easy targets for mosquitoes!!
We always bring a dog spray, an essential item for walks.
In medical aromatherapy, essential oils are selected based on their action, components, and content.
The component effective for mosquito repellent (insect repellent effect) is citronellal, a terpene aldehyde.
The essential oil that contains a lot of this component is "lemon eucalyptus."
Our dogs can enjoy comfortable walks with a spray made from lemon eucalyptus, keeping mosquitoes away.
Of course, I, their owner, spray it too.
After our walk, I wipe his paws clean and apply paw cream to protect them.
