I am a mother and instructor raising a 3-year-old boy born in 2020 and a 1-year-old girl born in 2023.
I have about 15 years of experience as a nurse working in the emergency center, surgical internal medicine ward, and clinic of a university hospital.
I first encountered medical aromatherapy when my son was 2 years old and I was pregnant with my daughter. Shortly after my son was born, he had eczema on his cheeks that would come and go, and when it got worse, I had to rely on medicine.
That's when I discovered the world of medical aromatherapy.
I was also pregnant, so it was a difficult time to rely on medicine. The power of essential oils was also helpful for the lower back pain, itchy skin, and edema that are unique to pregnancy.
