What is Medical Aromatherapy?

Medical aromatherapy from the Japan Medical Aromatherapy Association (JMAA) is not about enjoying scents using sprays or diffusers. Instead, it involves combining essential oils (derived from their effects, components, and content) with base materials (gels, creams, waters, etc.) according to the area you want to target (body, skin, mind) and your symptoms.
