Menopause is a stage in life that everyone goes through.
[Thank you for participating!] The JMAA Japan Medical Aroma Festa in Kagawa has successfully concluded.
Thank you so much to everyone who registered to attend in person, online, or view the archive.
This time, we learned about:
• Female menopause
• Male menopause (LOH syndrome)
• The relationship between estrogen deficiency and the autonomic nervous system
• Common symptoms and stress during menopause
• Physical changes that tend to occur with age
We hope this was a time to change your perspective and approach to daily discomforts and changes by learning about the body's mechanisms and knowledge, rather than simply dismissing them as "just because of age."
We hope this led to some realizations and reassurances such as, "Oh, that was menopause," or "I wasn't alone."
Menopause is a stage in life that everyone goes through.
We hope to continue providing accurate knowledge and medical aromatherapy as options to help you live more comfortably and authentically.
Thank you to everyone who traveled from afar to participate, to everyone who will be joining us online or watching later, and to Chairman Yoshida.
This is a valuable study session held only twice a year in Shikoku.
The next one is scheduled for November 26th (Thursday).
And today's treat!
For lunch, we had udon noodles, a Kagawa specialty.
If you go before 11 AM on weekdays, they offer a free chikuwa tempura service, and you can also add seaweed, green onions, and tempura scraps freely, which I think would be appreciated by those who came from outside the prefecture.
Even if you live far away, please come visit Kagawa!
