Report on the crafting party

The other day, we held a crafting event.
It had been a while since I spoke in front of people, but I forgot to breathe and suddenly found myself in a difficult position.
I pulled myself together and tried to speak slowly, but I ended up finishing before the allotted time.
After that, we talked and the time flew by.
I had intended to show the crafting process in photos, but I forgot.
I hope to be able to take photos next time.

The participants this time were interested in their own health.
I talked about how the event was held in March, when there were many days with extreme temperature differences in the Kanto region, and how the environment is conducive to poor health.

I also realized after the event that I had made a mistake when explaining the concentrate series, and immediately sent an email to the participants to correct it.
I was happy to hear the words I had said at that time, so I would like to share them with you.
