If you are in self-restraint and have time, if you are not in self-restraint but have time,
and if you are interested in "medical aroma", this is a must-see!!!

One course is about 30 minutes, and there are a total of 10 sessions.
You can just take one course, or two courses in a row, and you can do it however you like.

[How I met JMAA]

I've always loved herbs.

I also like to make my own soap. I've even tried making pure herb soap. (This is quite difficult (^^;)
Ever since I was little, I didn't like taking medicine...or rather, I couldn't take it because I would choke. Because of this, my doctor would often scold me. "Are you sure you're taking your medicine? If you were, you should be better."
(Sorry, doctor! I wasn't taking it.)
I only recently encountered medical aromatherapy (when was recently?^^;)
It all started when my friend got sick, and I was looking for something I could do.
Can it be used instead of medicine? Do I need to take medicine?
...That's how I felt.w(●^∀^●)w
The more I learn, the more I'm drawn to the profound power of nature, and to medical aromatherapy as an unshakable academic discipline♪
