It was a review physical aroma ZOOM last night.
To the students who came today ...
When I asked "Do you have stiff shoulders?", I was told that there was one, so I raised and lowered my shoulders.
And I was told that I had back pain, so I turned one arm at a time.
This is not a stretch.
This is physical aroma (exercise therapy).
